This fixture consists of a choice of three different diameter circular plungers, which are driven into a large cylinder to compress the sample and force it through the gap between the plunger and the container. This results in a peak compression force and then a fluctuating compression force.

Packaging
Includes circular cylinder with base fixture and three circular plungers.  Must be used in combination with the Base Table for the TAPlus Texture Analyser.

Applications
The jig acts in compression for texture analysis of fruit and vegetables.
